Very poor experience. We rented 4 rooms for my grandma’s celebration of life. On 9/21 when my sister and I left for a run we watched a hooker get picked up in the parking lot. At 2:45 the morning of 9/22 I had to call the police because someone was trying to kick down the door of the room next door to us. When I brought it up to the owner he said it happened no where near our room and wouldn’t refund us for the night. Also pool is closed indefinitely. Probably a fine place to bring your hooker but not a place to bring your family.

We booked and paid online for a jacuzzi room. When we arrived, the owner started yelling at us and demanded more money, saying the room cost more than what we paid. He promised to refund us if the online price was correct, but later refused. Very rude and dishonest. Ps. The pool is always closed

Has bed bugs and roaches in two different rooms...Very unsanitary very unprofessional very uncomfortable stay.. they were also very rude when confronted about the bugs sheets were not clean

Great place. The room was very clean and orderly, the bed was comfortable, and the a/c/heater worked great. The staff cleaned and stocked my room daily, and the location was near several restaurants. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be staying there again. Thanks Claremont Lodge for the great experience. Sincerely, Gregory Warner.

Really basic motel. Clean rooms, recently updated, good bed, lumpy pillows and only three small pillows for 2 people. No extra pillows or blankets in the closet which would have been nice. Hairdryer was missing from the wall unit but the manager brought us a new one. There is cheap hand soap for both bath sink and shower. No shampoo or conditioner. It's low cost which is great and fine for simple overnight stays if you're not picky. Given the only other Claremont hotel is nearly $300 a night, we'll probably return to the Claremont Lodge again!

Room was very clean and organized when we went inside. Rooms appear to have a modern look. Room service was great, beds were made and towels replaced as needed. No extra random fees were incurred also no deposit required. A/C worked well. Just be prepared to bring your own shampoo because they only have one soap dispenser for the shower but not a hassle. Quick check in and check out process. Overall served its purpose well no complaints here.

I initially was going to stay here for one day but I understand actually a couple of days they didn't harass me they were very let me have my own space I think maybe housekeeping knocked on the door twice then I put a do not disturb sign and they didn't bother me I made my daily payment at the window they didn't bother me they didn't harass me they didn't put any rules or regulations on me probably because I'm mindful I did take my own steam cleaner cuz I usually do that and I steam cleaned for my protection only and it was fine I had no complaints I felt very safe there the rooms for the price were good the only thing was that I didn't like that I wanted to rent some days and Expedia just to get the points but even though they had the room available I still have to go through them so that kind of left me confused but other than that they have decent prices and for the space it's a good it's a good deal

First time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised! Very clean and well maintained room. Pretty quiet place, it was just comfy all the way around! Thanks ?
