Save yourself the headache and book anywhere else. This hotel actively looks for any technicality to pocket your security deposit and treats paying guests with total hostility. My reservation was made under both my name and my cousin’s. Because he arrived first, he checked us in using his ID. Later, the management tried to seize and keep my security deposit based on this exact arrangement—claiming the check-in ID didn't match, despite both names being explicitly on the reservation. When that excuse failed to hold up, they immediately shifted goalposts and tried to keep my money simply because we had a visitor stop by for a short period. It was a blatant cash grab. Only after I stood my ground and repeatedly demanded my money back ,Instead of apologizing for the hassle, the manager banned me from future bookings and threatened to call the police on me just for demanding my own money back. Unprofessional, predatory, and completely devoid of basic customer service. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your money held hostage.We left feeling harassed, rather than discussing things like adults , they yell like children.

DO NOT STAY ON THE FIRST FLOOR BEHIND THE OFFICE! TLDR there are blind spots on security cameras and our room was broken into and our valuables were stolen!! A few of our items get stolen by someone sneaking into our room through the window on the ground floor and the manager was really really suspicious and unapologetic, claiming the security cameras are broken and unavailable. We filed a police report and since our items were only a little under $2000 dollars they were unable to press charges against the motel, useless officers even mentioned that the motel already has a few reports for theft and other....things. NOT WORTH IT! We lost a pair of expensive foreign headphones, a pair of designer sneakers, a travel backpack, and the thief even took my nice sweats and sleepwear. Additionally, there was no safe present in the room to store valuables, a red flag we shouldn't have ignored. The way management responded and the way our interactions went down, everything seemed really suspicious, unhospitable, and downright gaslight-y and rude. No offer to refund us or to work with our final bill considering the traumatic event that occurred, or even worse, the potential for someone to sneak into our room while we were inside! We stayed here to visit for a graduation and the attitude and behavior of the staff made us feel unsafe and unwanted and ruined our entire stay. I recommend not staying here if you are traveling with family or valuable goods.

While the building has a look of an older look to it, the rooms have the features of being upgraded. There was a microwave, small refrigerator, tv, king side bed. Seating and a table for 2. I gave 1 less star because the front lobby was locked at the time for the 3p checking. I was able to find someone quickly at the side window.

Very poor experience. We rented 4 rooms for my grandma’s celebration of life. On 9/21 when my sister and I left for a run we watched a hooker get picked up in the parking lot. At 2:45 the morning of 9/22 I had to call the police because someone was trying to kick down the door of the room next door to us. When I brought it up to the owner he said it happened no where near our room and wouldn’t refund us for the night. Also pool is closed indefinitely. Probably a fine place to bring your hooker but not a place to bring your family.

We booked and paid online for a jacuzzi room. When we arrived, the owner started yelling at us and demanded more money, saying the room cost more than what we paid. He promised to refund us if the online price was correct, but later refused. Very rude and dishonest. Ps. The pool is always closed

Has bed bugs and roaches in two different rooms...Very unsanitary very unprofessional very uncomfortable stay.. they were also very rude when confronted about the bugs sheets were not clean

Great place. The room was very clean and orderly, the bed was comfortable, and the a/c/heater worked great. The staff cleaned and stocked my room daily, and the location was near several restaurants. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be staying there again. Thanks Claremont Lodge for the great experience. Sincerely, Gregory Warner.

Really basic motel. Clean rooms, recently updated, good bed, lumpy pillows and only three small pillows for 2 people. No extra pillows or blankets in the closet which would have been nice. Hairdryer was missing from the wall unit but the manager brought us a new one. There is cheap hand soap for both bath sink and shower. No shampoo or conditioner. It's low cost which is great and fine for simple overnight stays if you're not picky. Given the only other Claremont hotel is nearly $300 a night, we'll probably return to the Claremont Lodge again!

Room was very clean and organized when we went inside. Rooms appear to have a modern look. Room service was great, beds were made and towels replaced as needed. No extra random fees were incurred also no deposit required. A/C worked well. Just be prepared to bring your own shampoo because they only have one soap dispenser for the shower but not a hassle. Quick check in and check out process. Overall served its purpose well no complaints here.

I initially was going to stay here for one day but I understand actually a couple of days they didn't harass me they were very let me have my own space I think maybe housekeeping knocked on the door twice then I put a do not disturb sign and they didn't bother me I made my daily payment at the window they didn't bother me they didn't harass me they didn't put any rules or regulations on me probably because I'm mindful I did take my own steam cleaner cuz I usually do that and I steam cleaned for my protection only and it was fine I had no complaints I felt very safe there the rooms for the price were good the only thing was that I didn't like that I wanted to rent some days and Expedia just to get the points but even though they had the room available I still have to go through them so that kind of left me confused but other than that they have decent prices and for the space it's a good it's a good deal
